Sand Training is a great way to increase vertical, speed, and endurance. An hour and a half class that spends 45 minutes focusing on volleyball specific plyometrics, agility, speed and strength, while the other 45 minutes are spent on learning volleyball skills in the sand. Skills include serving, passing, and hitting.
